Am-Cor Inc. has manufactured ferrocement structural products for over 50 years. The FerroKits product line brings pre-engineered shells — designed by Macdonald Architects — directly to builders and owner-builders across the United States.
Every kit ships with stamped engineering drawings, pre-cut galvanized mesh armature, polymer-modified mortar mix, and full installation support.

How do I get a quote?

How long is the kit lead time?
Standard Home Kits: 8–16 weeks. Baby Bunker and Burrow Series: 6–12 weeks. Exostructure Armor: 4–6 weeks. Rush production available for select configurations — ask when submitting your request.
Does the quote include engineering drawings?
Yes. Every FerroKits order includes a Macdonald Architects engineering package — structural drawings, material specs, and installation sequence. Drawings are stamped for permit submission in your jurisdiction.
Do I need a contractor to install the kit?
Not necessarily. Am-Cor provides a detailed installation manual and remote support. Many owner-builders complete the shell with a crew of 4–6 people. Foundation, plumbing, and electrical work typically require licensed contractors per your local code.
Does Am-Cor ship nationwide?
Yes — all 48 continental states. Kits ship freight via flatbed to the nearest terminal or job site. International shipping is available for select markets; contact us for details.
Is there a minimum order size?
No hard minimum. The smallest Baby Bunker kit (BB-150, 150 sq.ft.) is the entry-level order. Home Kits start at 800 sq.ft. shell size. Exostructure Armor is priced by exterior wall square footage with no minimum.
